Women who live in neighborhoods named after women tell their stories about life in Belo
Horizonte, painting a colorful picture of the multiple possible cities that coexist inside Minas
Gerais’ capital city. Starting at beauty parlors as a shared feature of all neighborhoods, the
series places the audience face to face with these women and the places where they live
and move through, their occupations and the people in their lives.
